Once payment has been received by Bravissimi your child has secured a position within the term and class specified. No refund or credit note is given for missed lessons due to illness, absence or holiday, however a makeup lesson can be arrange considering it is within the existing term. In extreme circumstances that a child cannot attend the full duration of the term prior to commencement a 50% refund can be arranged.
